Refund policy

~Returns 

I accept returns if you’ve received the wrong doll, your doll arrived damaged (read more info under my shipping policy), or another similar circumstance. 

Returns must be made within 𝟓 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲, please contact me for a return label. 

𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

♡ If your Wisp ever gets damaged, even years down the line, please contact me with photos of the damage. I will always accept returns for repair whenever possible. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and repaired Wisps will be lovingly sent back once restored. Repairs are always free of charge. ♡

~Refunds

All sales are typically final, refunds may be offered only 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬, such as:

•You cancelled your order within 2 hours of it being placed.

• You received the wrong doll/s.

• You received a damaged doll; please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

• Tracking information indicates your doll is lost and you’ve waited 6 weeks from the expected delivery date for it to arrive or be returned to sender.

Refunds are reviewed on a 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞-𝐛𝐲-𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 basis.

~Refund Authority Clause

All refunds are 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 within the framework of my shop policies.

While CorpsePixie 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭, you acknowledge that third-party platforms or payment processors (Shop Pay, PayPal, banks, credit card companies) may independently issue refunds or chargebacks based on their own policies.

𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬𝐞𝐏𝐢𝐱𝐢𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬 are invented by the artist and are unique to CorpsePixie. 𝐍𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 of CorpsePixie’s creations, including 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 their designs, written material, packaging components, language, themes, or framework, may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, adapted, or imitated 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧.

This includes reworks, derivative pieces, replication of wording or structure, aesthetic imitation, 𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞 the artwork or concepts for personal use, public use, or profit.
