Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not promises from the shop, only ๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฑ๐ข๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about shipping delays.ย

~Lost or Damaged Packages

Loss:ย 

In the instance you havenโ€™t received your doll and the tracking indicates itโ€™s lost, there will be a ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ” ๐ฐ๐ž๐ž๐ค๐ฌ from the expected delivery date where we wait for the doll to arrive to you or be returned to sender. After that period has passed, we can discuss reshipment or a refund.ย 

If you havenโ€™t received your doll but the tracking says it was delivered, you will have to ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐š๐œ๐ญ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ฅ๐ฒ.

Damage:ย 

Each doll is carefully packaged to arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact me directly ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’ ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ with ๐œ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ซ ๐ฉ๐ก๐จ๐ญ๐จ๐ฌ of the doll and packaging.

Refunds are offered ๐จ๐ง ๐š ๐œ๐š๐ฌ๐ž-๐›๐ฒ-๐œ๐š๐ฌ๐ž ๐›๐š๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ for damage determined to have ๐จ๐œ๐œ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐ซ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ (such as structural weaknesses or packaging issues). I take a video and picture of every doll before theyโ€™re shipped out to keep for my records.

Damage caused by the shipping carrier (such as crushing, tearing, or mishandling during transit) ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐ข๐›๐ฅ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐ซ๐ž๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ฌ through my shop. In these cases, I recommend filing a claim ๐๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ž๐ซ.
